The nursery is housed within a converted, modernised Georgian property opposite the village green on the main street in Staindrop, County Durham.

We have three main rooms for children offering plenty of open spaces for play, relaxation and sleep. The building is clean, light and airy and has a very warm and welcoming feel.

Our furniture, furnishings and decorations have been carefully chosen to create a safe, secure, comfortable environment that we have filled with objects and activities that will motivate children’s interests, spark their imagination and involve them in exploring, investigating and creating.

A large outdoor area is directly behind the premises and this can be accessed easily by the children. The premises are well secured. There is plenty of public car parking directly outside the kindergarten for parents and carers dropping off and collecting their children.

We have 52 places at the kindergarten and provide childcare each weekday from the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm for 51 weeks a year. We offer places for two year olds who are eligible for the government’s funded education places and places for three & four year olds who are eligible for 15 and 30 hours of funded education.
